1. She Decides – Cohort

You have a business idea. You’ve thought about it, possibly talked about it, but haven’t moved on it yet. This is a structured programme for women who are done circling and ready to decide — yes, no, or not yet — based on evidence rather than fear.

Over 10 weeks, with four to six women working in parallel, we go through the whole arc: whether the idea in front of you is actually yours, whether it holds up, a real experiment to test it against the world, and the decision itself, yes, no, or not yet – none requiring apology. The underlying work is challenging the beliefs and blocks that have kept you from moving. We close with a path to what happens after that decision is made.

Work happens between sessions, which is where most of it actually lands. You leave with documents including a completed business case, generated with the help of AI from your actual work, that you take away and use. By the end you have a decision you reached yourself, a plan for what’s next, and a small group of women who keep you accountable and know exactly what it took to get there.

Format: Mix of online & F2F. 10 weeks. 4-6 women.

Investment: SEK 10,000

The next Cohort starts in August

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

The class nicely blends business concepts with reflections of ourselves as women, our past, present and future. It helps us understand why we think the way we do. Speaking about business feels easier after going through personal reflections. I like how we understand about business Ideas going through real experiences

Often times you have ideas but what is missing is the safety net for speaking out loud your ideas without feeling judged, alone or misunderstood. Shiro is creating this safety net and allowing us to imagine a future and bounce around ideas which can then turn into concrete acts. The class reflects real life scenarios and outcomes which is very much appreciated, closing with very clear and practical tips. Vulnerability is shown as an asset.

I think joining this course was one of the best things I have decided upon recently. This group of women turned out to be such a great potent place to grow and redefine our ideas and expand our horizons, overcome our fears and learn and grow. We had the best time of our lives and are very grateful for this incredible possibility to experience community learning with fellow pioneers, designers, and change makers.

2. She Evaluates

Most women I speak to know what they want to build. What they don’t know is whether it makes sense. Not in theory. On paper. In numbers and decisions that hold up when someone asks a hard question.

That uncertainty keeps a lot of good ideas inside notebooks and voice memos for longer than they should be there.

This workshop exists for the woman who is ready to find out.

We spend a focused session online working through a framework that strips a business case down to what actually matters: what you are selling, how money reaches you, how your product reaches your customer, where you are operating, who you are selling to, and who you are paying. We also sit with two questions most frameworks leave out entirely: why this business, and why now.

You come with your idea. You do the thinking in advance on a dedicated Notion page. On the day, we walk through it, we stress test it together, and by the end you have a completed business case document, generated with the help of AI from your actual work, that you take away and use.

Real businesses, not hypotheticals.

Format: 2-hour 1:1 session, online, plus a 30-minute follow-up within 48 hours. Includes pre-work.

Investment: SEK 5,000

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Shiro’s process, tools and way of working seem seamless and well organised, which means we got a lot done in the 3-hour session. I received a clear and thorough overview of my business idea, as well as detailed suggestions and input on where I need to review and rework it. She not only talked business but also shared anecdotes that helped me relate and feel comfortable.

The business case exercise was incredibly insightful. It provided clarity and helped me refine my vision for my business. It gave me a clear framework for presenting my business in a structured and professional way. I plan to use it as the foundation not only for building my website but also for developing and communicating my offers as a business owner.

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

The business case was a spot on reflection of what I want and am building. It clearly defined the problem I solve, who I help, my delivery process, and the outputs clients receive. It also helped me see that my offer already has the structure of a complete service bundle.

— Marta, Latvia

3. She Discerns

Most women I speak to have at least one idea already. What’s less clear, is whether it’s the one that actually fits her, and not just the one that sounds smartest out loud, or the one someone else would pick for her.

That uncertainty is expensive. It risks sending them into the wrong build, sometimes even for years.

This workshop exists for the woman who needs to know what she’s working with before she commits.

We work through a framework that maps what’s genuinely yours: what you’re good at, what you value, what you enjoy, and what you’ve already proven you can do. Then we hold your idea against that map and see where it lands.

You come with whatever you’re carrying, even if you’re not certain it’s the right one. You do some of the mapping in advance, on your own. On the day, we go through it together. By the end, you have the map itself, generated with the help of AI from your own answers. You also have a clear read on whether your idea fits it, or whether something closer to true is underneath.

Yours, not borrowed.

Format: 1-hour 1:1 online session. Includes pre-work.

Investment: SEK 2,500

Reviews

I really liked the initial exploration and inventory of own abilities and capabilities. Starting from the inside helped me understand the deeper meaning of my idea and develop it from there with guidance and confidence. — Evelyn, Costa Rica
