All sessions are delivered online. To maintain focus and depth in my work, I operate primarily within European time zones. Clients are typically based in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Because the work we do together is intensive and deeply strategic, I accept a limited number of clients at any given time. The application helps determine whether we’re aligned in values, pace, and ambition. You are not required to share sensitive business details – only a high-level view of where you are and what you want to achieve.

The Launch with Clarity program runs up to 60 days, as a strategic engagement designed to move your idea into execution.
The Strategic Reset is a short, contained strategic intervention typically completed within one week.
Each Founder Counsel meet runs for an hour.
The engagements are intentionally time-bound to support momentum and decision-making. If further support is desired after the engagements conclude, next steps can be discussed separately.
