This workshop exists for the woman who is ready to find out.

We spend a focused session online working through the Business Outfit, a framework that strips a business case down to what actually matters: what you are selling, how money reaches you, how your product reaches your customer, where you are operating, who you are selling to, and who you are paying. We also sit with two questions most frameworks leave out entirely: why this business, and why now.

You come with your idea. You do the thinking in advance on a dedicated Notion page. On the day, you walk the group through it, we stress test it together, and by the end you have a completed business case document, generated from your actual work, that you take away and use.
